Thy Distillery has become the second Danish distillery to take advantage of the increased capacity and operational benefits Thistle Systems can deliver with its MaxiCaskRack.
The distillery is one of the few Danish distilleries that take a full grain to glass approach and one of the first organic single estate distilleries in the world.
The MaxiCaskRack solution has been designed to maximise capacity in the available space with Thistle Systems’ unique approach.

Working with an unusual design of the warehouse which is permanently open to the elements on one side, Thistle developed a bespoke design which sees the racking step in at the top levels to utilise the height in the eaves fully.
Thistle also enabled Thy distillery to achieve a stunning look within its warehouse by having the beams and components custom painted to reflect its brand.
